Victoria Henneberry and Blake Leggette have been charged with first-degree murder.

The body of the 26-year-old Saint Mary’s University student was found in the median of the Trans-Canada Highway near Salisbury, New Brunswick last February.

Starting Monday, four days have been set aside to discuss the admissibility of evidence.

Four weeks have been set aside for the jury trial starting in April.

Saunders was an Inuk woman from Labrador who was writing a thesis on missing and murdered aboriginal women at the time of her disappearance.
